Orientation for School year 24-25

Dear parents, guardians, and students,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Los Puentes Charter School for the 2024-2025 school year!

Please join us for Parent/Guardian mandatory orientation, the schedule is as follows:

9th Grade Students: Monday, August 5th, 9:00 AM
10th Grade Students: Monday, August 5th, 1:00 PM
11th Grade Students: Tuesday, August 6th, 9:00 AM
Online Students: Tuesday, August 6th, 11:00 AM
12th Grade Students: Tuesday, August 6th, 1:00 PM

When you arrive, please join us in the gymnasium. Please dress for pictures for IDs and the yearbook. Bring your phone for the LPCS App Download and bring documents to show proof of address, birth certificate (or custody documents), transcripts, IEP status, and picture ID of parents/guardians.

After our presentation, you and your student will visit the following rooms to complete the remainder of orientation. This event is expected to take about 2 hours, so please plan accordingly.

1. Gym > Welcome Orientation
2. C6 > Required missing documents, contact information updates if applicable, for registration
3. C5 > Student photos & IDs- Remember to dress nicely for pictures.
4. C4 > Gear Up CEO sign up
5. C2 > Download App, Jupiter account, and receive your Schedule (Schedule distribution if all above tasks are completed)
6. C2 > *Online ONLY Students* Chrome Book Distribution and schedule your weekly check-in with your Teacher and Wellness Provider.

The first full day of classes, is Wednesday, August 7th.
